HELP! trying to lose weight fast 🙁 fruit and veggie diet?

I’m gonna be going on a fruit and veggie diet starting today until January 15. I’ll eat more veggies then fruit, I suppose. Also I’ll only be drinking water (lots of it), low fat milk, and tea. Do you think I’ll lose weight? How much?

I’ll be exercising 6 to 7 days out of the week, 3 days out of the week will be yoga and power walking.

I needed the same solution when my highschool reunion came up 2 months ago. I wanted to lose about 30 pounds fast, I didn’t want to be the one everyone was talking about, “can you believe how fat she got?”. I new I would be that person at this reunion and I was scared to death…….I know it sounds shallow, but I’m human 🙂
Here’s what I did:

1: Eat well

Burning fat is more than just exercising. Selecting foods that promote weight loss will assist in ensuring that you drop the weight from your belly. Salads, fruits and vegetables are good options, as are low fat soups. Avoid foods that are high in sugar content and low in nutritional value. As well, make sure you drink plenty of water, as your body needs to be replenished after exercising. Never starve yourself when you are on an exercise regime. This can lead to the breakdown of bone and muscle and can cause serious injury.

2: Selected exercises that are fun

3: Sleep well.

Sleeping properly will promote good health and your body will be more prepared to shed weight.

5: Be persistent.

Burning fat does not happen overnight but you can speed it up with the Every Other Day Diet. You need to keep at it. There is only so fast someone can safely lose weight, and once the weight is gone, you need to make efforts to keep that weight gone. Do not give up! It is not impossible, and once you are in the habit of losing weight, it is easy to maintain the habit.
