quick&easy weight loss help?

Ok so I’m currently 5’8 and weigh 135 pounds and I want to get down to 125 for summer. My parents won’t let me skip meals but I exercise as much as I can and I do track after school.

I eat honey bunches of oats cereal with tea for breakfast..
pb&j sandwich with an apple for lunch
and whatever my parents make for dinner usually chicken pasta etx
and I only eat fruit for snacks…
What can I do to lose the weight ?

Drinking a glass of water before every meal will keep you from over indulging. Plus adding lots of water to your day will cause your body to shed water weight. (Your body will not retain fluids if you drink lots of water)

The MAIN thing that you wanna do to lose weight is Cardio (anything that boosts your heart rate, like jogging, or jump-roping if you hate jogging like me). You should do this 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes (50-60 minutes if you wanna lose a lot of weight). Preferably, you should do it in the mornings.

Both are good, but you should do it longer if you want to lose a lot of weight.

I am looking for a healthy weight loss program that is fairly easy and doesn’t involve deprivation. ?

I am 19 years old, I would like something that doesn’t require physical activity to start off with and is fairly easy for a college student who doesn’t have immense amounts of time to spend planning and organizing. I am looking to lose 90 to 100 lbs. I know that it won’t be easy or quick, but I am looking for something healthy. Any suggestions/pointers would be helpful. Also some good exercise programs that would help!

I believe if you don’t want /have to time to start with exercise immediately, than I would begin with eating alot of fruit and vegetables and drinking lots of water..just having a glass of water sitting by you at alltimes, you will be amazed at how often you reach for it and just sip on it. Still enjoy the meals you like say for lunch or supper and make the other two meals and snacks loaded with fruit and vegetables. I personally take a multi vitamin, drink lots of water and drink alot of green tea od various sorts green tea is very healthly and if you check it out can help with weight loss as well i have added a link below that may be of interest to you.

Buy food from the grocery store. Buy fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish. Stay away from red meat. Buying your food from the grocery store instead of fast food will change a lot right there if you happen to eat out a lot or go through a drive thru a lot.

Don’t add salt to your food, drink 1 glass of water before each meal so that way you’ll feel fuller, stay away from junk food, soda/pop, sweets, etc.

Through out the day, drink at least 8 – 10 glasses of water a day. It may seem annoying but by doing this, you won’t become dehydrated. Water gets rid of bad toxins and cleanses your body. Don’t eat anything after 7PM so that way your body burns all of those calories you’ve had earlier on that day.

For exercise, I would suggest dancing. Dance to any type of song that really gets you moving fast. Exercise for a good hour or two. Hope I helped.

I lost weight simply by drinking water with my breakfast lunch or dinner. When I went out to eat I ordered a glass of water. If I got tired of water, I would squeeze some lemon in it for flavor..drinking water really does help. No soda!

Lol, listen carefully, The reason u gained that pound back and even one more is because u starved yourself. When u dont eat for a while, ur body goes into survival mode. And then anything u do eat will go automatically turn into fat, so DO NOT EVER starve your self. Losing weight is very easy, i have lost 50 pounds and i have to lose weight every week for wrestling, 10 pounds in a week lol. But listen. This is what i would reccemond for you. Wake up at least by 8:30 every day. For breakfast eat a piece of fruit, not a whole garden, but just a little portion, you need to take multivitamins too. And Omega 3 fish oil. Omega 3 fish oil is very good for losing weight as in can burn fat cells. Its almost like a fat burner lol.
If you must have a snack before lunch have some pretzels . But try not to eat the snack. At lunch time have make a healthy salad. But dont use dressing lol, dressing is terrible for you. For dinner you should eat fish, fish is very healthy and contains noo fat. It has tons of protein in it too which will make u feel fuller. For excercise you should run a mile a day, do 100 sit ups, And just stay active! This will work, trust me. It is quite easy lol
