What is the fastest and easiest way to loose weight for 15 year olds?

I’m 15 and I weigh around 110 pounds and some people say I’m skinny but I feel fat. My brother keeps making fun of me saying I have a big butt. So what are some ways to loose weight? Should i stop eating lunch and breakfast at school and not eating alot of supper. Do I need to stop drinking cokes and eaten sweets? And what is a way to loose weight on your butt? And I’m a dude so of their are easy home workouts I will do them. I want the weight loss to be fast and super easy. Thank you so much if you can help.

drink lots and lots and lots of water every time you feel hungry

eat in small quantities

eat 12 almonds daily with one apple as a snack

drink green tea two times everyday

eat fruit alone for breakfast

drink warm lemon water once after waking up

dont drink sodas and sugar also no diet coke etc

dont eat sugar and sugary foods

eat lots of veggies raw

What would be a good work out program for my mother?

My Mother is in her mid 50’s and wants to become more physically active. She already walks everyday but now she would like to get into some toning, weight loss, and aerobic workouts.

A video would be best for her so she can do them before work. She needs something easy on the knees and low impact. Other then that she is very fit.

Can someone give me a good easy to follow workout routine for an endomorph female?

Hi am a 26 yrs old female who is an endomorph body type (curvy) I lost over 75 pounds awhile ago and am left with lots of skin that I have been trying to tone over the past year and a half. I current weigh 160(im 5’3) and would like to weigh 130 so 30 pound weight loss goal with muscle and toning definition is what I am going for. I want to know if someone out there can give me a SOLID workout routine for my body type to achieve my goals. I have read and heard alot of conflicting information on what to do what not to do and I really just need some sort of answer. I know my body type isnt meant to be thin but i want to be healthy and in shape! Any guidence would be helpful also note i am pretty good about eating healthy i eat small meals, avoid sugar and high salt, drink lots of water, eat vegetables meats and fish…my problem tends to be i love trying new food thai, viatnamese, spanish, brazillian the list goes on and on but half the time you eat those meals you have no idea how much and what you are consuming help! I would like to go the gym 5 days a week taking 2 rest days seems normal? cardio and strength training yoga and pilates

At the beginning of those 5 days of workout jump rope for a half hour ( cardio ) then you can follow a gym probram called Sh’Bam! Its like extreme dancing program special for weight loose (strength) then you can do a cooling down with a special gym program ( yoga pilates)

and about the cultural food. There are also healthy menus like for example: thai: viber noodles, with vegetables and self made sauce, so you know you arent eatin much calories
