Does Someone Know A Diet Plan?

Does anyone a diet plan so i can lose 11lbs (5kilos) a month?
but an actual diet plan not a calorie counting speech please as im supposed to have 1258.8 calories a day so if i eat every 3 hours 5 times it would be 251.76 calories every meal

oh + pretty please dont say anything about wu long tea or stuff like that.

Lifestyle Changes- Fast Food

Are you a fast food junkie who eats out at least a couple of times per week? If so, you will find that you have plenty of company. Many people are so busy that the drive through is a perfect solution for dinner, lunch and even breakfast. The problem is many have no idea that one meal from a fast food restaurant can contain nearly a whole day’s caloric intake.

One popular fast food joint has a burger that is 750 calories! The burger alone is a third of your recommended daily allowance; add the fries and a drink and you are done for the day.

Does this mean you can never have fast food again? Not necessarily, but it will mean that you have to be aware of what you are eating. Most fast food places have a website that contains all the nutritional information for the foods they serve. Check them out then make you a list of “safe” fast foods.

Exercise Changes

If you never move your body more than from the house to the car to work and back you will have a hard time losing weight and keeping it off. The human body functions best when there are periods of exercise. It increases mood stabilizers in the blood stream and best of all burns calories.

While you are on your diet, take the time to incorporate exercise into your life. You will feel better and increase your weight loss rates exponentially. Start with a walk, park further away from the store or your office. Then as you progress, find time to walk more or jog. Whatever you can comfortably fit in your schedule will be a great place to start.

Healthy Eating

This is absolutely the most important part of all. While you are on your chosen diet, you will want to become familiar with healthier food choices. Find ways to make your favorite foods better for you. Can you substitute ground turkey for ground beef in some recipes? Learn new recipes that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

You see your body needs several things to function at a healthy level. Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals just to name a few. You also need certain fats to cushion joints and protect your vital organs. Create a lifestyle eating plan that brings all of these elements into play and you will feel amazing and best of all you will be able to lose weight and keep it off.

I am a very busy single mopther who owrks full time and goes to school fulltime. i watch what i eat but i do not have time to exercise However I do got a 30 min walk every night that kind of my relax unwind time to myself and think time.
But does anyone have a strict two week diet plan they would like to pass along that i can stick to and lose some weight.
I do not want to hear eat smaller meals through out the day because i already do that. i dont eat red meat, lots of beans and fruits and veggies and i drink 8 glasses of water a day.
But my weight just stays the same.

Hmmm..maybe you need the right diet plan. Eating less does not make any difference and even intensive cardio exercise. Walking is the best exercise suggested by the experts.

All you need now is to be on diet this diet plan and losing weight is alwys possible.

You need to consume a balance diet plan foods which are made up of:

i. Lean proteins,
ii. Fruit and vegetables, and
iii. Sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs).
Iv. Starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta).

Divide your meals into 4 and that should be eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart.

There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on portion size, so eat until you feel your stomach is OK.

My diet plan is really Bad hahaa! But I found a diet plan that could help you lose weight (:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with all kinds of seeds (sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.),sprouts, wheat germs(or take in wheat germ oil), rice milk instead of cow milk, raisins. It will make you feel full till lunch time + it gives you great nutrition and it almost couldn’t be healthier breakfast!

Lunch: Two pieces of spelt bread with cucumber/apple/banana bites. You can have a little butter under if you like.

3pm: Carrots/apple.

Dinner: Chicken breast with lots of veggies and salad and olive oil on top of salad.

If you feel really hungry at like 9pm get a fruit or vegetable.

im 5 foot and 7 and a half stone right now, im abit chubby and i want to be super thin for my sisters wedding coming up in 2 months, whats the best way to lose weight, i just started my diet of protein, wholeweat food and try to eat as much fruit as possible, i do one hour exercise each day, drink up to 8 glasses of water but im finding it difficult to see any difference on me, is there anything else i can do

Well losing weight is no simple thing to do….it will take time. Losing weight depends on the type of exercises you are doing because in loosing weight nothing proves more helpful than cardio exercise.
1) Try to do cycling, running or swimming to lose weight.
2) Stay away from junk food
3) Never skip your breakfast
4) Take a proper sleep.
Just carry on with your routine….and if you r weighing your self on daily basis..don’t do that ..weight your self once a week to see the differences.

Well i found the easiest way to lose weight was thru diet and counting calories, but you have to know about how many calories you are consuming daily to maintain your current weight of 7 stone 7 pounds, if you subtract 500 calories per day from that number you should lose 1 pound per week, the reason is because 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories and 500 calories times seven days per week is 3500 calories

exercise helps but its a lot more difficult because to burn 500 calories it takes more than an hour of intense cardio, whereas with diet all you have to do is not consume the 500 calories of food

another thing you can try is to burn half of the 500 calories thru exercise and the other half thru diet, just eat 250 calories less per day and the other 250 you burn off thru exercise and you should still lose 1 pound per week, in two months thats almost 9 pounds of weight loss with little effort

I’m a 16 year old boy and work out 3 times a week, eat very healthy, and even though i am not trying to lose any weight I have realized that I can lose weight incredibly fast (about 1.5 pounds in a day without dieting, just eating a bit less than usual). I am neither over weight nor under weight.

The only diet plan that works is eating well and exercising. Stay away from all the “trendy diets.” These trendy diets are all cleverly schemed ways to reduce your calorie intake and what usually happens is that you get so sick of their food that you quit eating all together. This is NOT good.

When you starve yourself, your body breaks down the amino acids in your muscle and converts them into the compounds its needs to use glucose as energy. So, you begin to loose weight and you think the diet is working. But the diet is actually killing you. Have you ever found that when you lose that weight your are urinating a lot? That is because your body is getting rid of the Nitrogen that is found in the muscle’s amino acids it is breaking down. So your weight is going down, but you aren’t losing any fat or getting much smaller. Also, muscle tissue is what drives your metabolism, so if you lose your muscle tissue you are also losing your metabolism. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat.

The only way to lose weight and not kill yourself is to cut your calories and increase your exercise. Do something you like to do. Run, walk, ride a bike, etc. Eat healthy.

How to figure out how many calories you need to eat a day:

1- Take your weight and divide it by (2.2). This will give you your weight in kg. Then if you are a girl times it by 22 (guys multiply by 24). This is how many calories your body needs to stay alive (breathing, your heart rate, etc). Now I am guessing that you are a pretty sedentary person. So multiply that number by 1.3. This will give you how many calories you need to stay alive and move around every day. Now take that number and multiply it by 7. This will tell you how many calories you need in a week. Now you can figure out how many calories you need to cut back to lose weight.

2- You should not lose more than 2 lbs per week. If you are losing more than 2 lbs per week, you are probably losing muscle tissue and therefore actually slowing down your metabolism, not helping it.

You need to eat 3500 calories less than you need to lose 1 lb of fat. So take your total calories needed every week and subtract 3500 from it (7000 if you want to lose 2 lbs). Now divide that number by 7. This will give you how many calories you should eat per day. Now, you should NEVER EAT LESS THAN 1200 CALORIES PER DAY! This is just not healthy.

3- Exercise for 20-40 minutes a day. You want to build lean muscle mass, so do a lot of things that will build your muscle like lifting weights.

4- As you lose weight, you will need to redo steps 1-2 because your weight has gone down, so your amount of needed calories will decrease as well.

Tips to stay on your diet:

Eat a variety of foods, just watch your calories. This way you do not get sick of the diet. Plan your meals with a variety of LOW-CALORIE foods.

Make a shopping list, don’t shop on an empty diet.

Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is high in calories and low in nutrition.

Only weigh yourself once a week, in the morning. This way you are not freaking out the next morning when you haven’t lost 5 lbs.

Keep a daily record of what, where and how much you eat.

Avoid midnight snacking like the plague. You will still be alive in the morning.

Eat slowly. It takes your body 20 minutes to realize it is full. One way to do this is to put down your fork in between bites.

Only eat in one room of the house. That way your body is not conditioned to eat in the living room, bedroom, etc. You will only get hungry when you go into the kitchen.

Put your dinner on smaller plates so it will look like more food, and when you finish put your plate away so you are not tempted for seconds.

Eat regularly, in the same place (nowhere else), and smaller meals. This is so your body uses all the energy you put into and doesn’t store any as fat.
